The pizza was alright, nothing amazing but not bad. The staff just seemed kind of cold and like they wanted us to hurry up while ordering, which made it feel unwelcoming. Maybe they were just having a rough day, but it definitely made me not want to go back. So yeah.

I reached out for help and just never heard back. I get that things can be busy, but being left waiting with no response really makes it hard to trust the company or feel confident using them again.

I was really disappointed with how little there was for vegans. The veggie options were already limited, and the vegan choices felt like they were just thrown on the menu as an afterthought. I expected better, and it kind of made me lose trust in the place...

I booked a table online, but we still had to stand around like we’d just walked in with no reservation. The staff kept saying it’d only be a few minutes, but it dragged on for absolutely ages. The whole point of booking ahead is so you’re not stuck waiting forever. it really put me off going back

Felt expensive for what it was. Food was fine, not bad or anything, but portions didn’t really feel like they matched the price, especially once the extras got added on.

Don’t mind paying more when it feels worth it, but this just didn’t. Left thinking I could’ve gotten the same or maybe better somewhere else for less.
